Tour Plan

Day 01 Arusha to Momella Gate to Miriakamba Hut

Transfer from Arusha to Momella Gate (1,500 meters) within Arusha National Park.
Complete park formalities and begin the trek through lush rainforest, with chances to spot wildlife such as colobus monkeys and buffalo.
Ascend steadily through montane forests towards Miriakamba Hut (2,514 meters), where you'll camp for the night.

Day 02 Miriakamba Hut to Saddle Hut

Continue the trek through montane forests and alpine meadows, with breathtaking views of Mount Meru's slopes.
Pass by the beautiful Maio Falls and Little Meru Peak en route to Saddle Hut (3,570 meters).
Arrive at Saddle Hut for dinner and overnight stay, enjoying panoramic vistas of the surrounding landscapes.

Day 03 Summit Day - Saddle Hut to Socialist Peak to Momella Gate

Begin the summit ascent in the early hours of the morning, aiming to reach Socialist Peak (4,566 meters) at sunrise.
Trek through rocky terrain and alpine desert landscapes, with stunning views of Mount Kilimanjaro in the distance.
Celebrate your achievement at the summit before descending back to Saddle Hut for breakfast.
Continue the descent to Momella Gate, where you'll complete park formalities and transfer back to Arusha.
